NITGSM’s endeavor is to equip students with necessary skills required for their employability in the industry and other organizations. To meet this objective, the college has established a Corporate Relationship Cell to act as the interface between the college and the corporate world and perform entire gamut of activities such as industry academia interaction, guest lectures, corporate training, seminars, and workshop from time to time for strengthening corporate relations.
All these activities ultimately give golden opportunity to students and faculties for fruitful interactions with industry experts and enrich themselves. The cell also organizes personality development, career guidance and counseling programs for the students so as to gear them up to take on the stiff competition in the corporate world.
This coupled with internship/training program in commercial enterprises and field visits to industrial establishments organized for the students enable them to get a good impression about the industry environment. For budding entrepreneurs, the team organizes workshops with MSME, WCL etc to give the students an insight to corporate world.
Our closed associations and frequent interaction with the corporate world helps us to blend practices with percepts and gives our students required competitive edge to make a mark in the organization.
